IELTS Updates

Earlier, if any student failed or was unable to get the desired marks in any module of IELTS, he/she was required to appear for the entire exam all over again. The International English Language Testing System is an English language proficiency test for non-native English language speakers for the purpose of high studies and international migration.

According to a recent update, IELTS will introduce a “One Skill Retake” provision in which candidates will have the liberty to appear only for the module in which they have scored less. It means that now they dont have to appear for all the four modules of the IELTS exam. The update will be effective from March 2023 next year.

Any Indian students of MBBS in abroad who will appear in any module with low IELTS score March 2023 onwards can take advantage of this provision. This saves time and efforts of the students who have successfully cleared the other modules.
